One of my earliest memories is of listening to my brother's Beatles records on a Dansette (ask your parents). By the time I understood music, they had already split into four solo hit machines. I have always put a few Beatles songs in my Guilty Pleasures set, and even had a brief dalliance with the idea of a Beatles duo a few years back. But let's face it, there are more than enough Beatles tributes around. There are also some solo acts playing the hits of Paul McCartney (with a few Beatle tracks thrown in). I wondered what it would be like to have a Beatles show with NO sixties hits.

Curating the set list has been a revelation. Who knew there were so many great songs by the solo Beatles? (well - I did, but I already told you I'm a music nerd!)And the best thing is that Macca is still doing it, so this show features hit songs from 1970 right up to "McCartney III", which came out in December 2020! The show has been tried and tested, and is ready for 2021 if your are confident enough to give your customers something a little different from the norm.
